3. Teacher responses (above each teacher's response, write the date)
Week of December 13th
4. Final student response for the semester. Respond to the following questions for BOTH Humanities and Math/Science.
1. How have you progressed toward your goal? Did you reach your goal? Why? Explain. If you didn’t, what are your next steps moving forward?
2. Re evaluate yourself. As the second semester approaches, what is a new goal you can set for yourself? Explain why you have set this goal and the actions you will take to meet this goal?
Read over your answers and save the document. You do not need to resend it to your teachers.
